AI Refuses to have an Opinion

While I was fishing for a bit of an answer, I came up against a bit of a brick wall on the subject of subjectivity in AI. I started by asking Chatbot if it was good or evil. The result was something much different. It seems in its attempt to NOT be good or evil, Chatbot refuses to draw conclusions or make suggestions. I’m not sure a learning computer can avoid having opinions. What do you think?
